What we need to get started

These include a gas safety certificate, an NICEIC electrical test certificate issued by a registered electrician, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), three sets of keys to the property, and a copy of your building insurance. If you don’t have these documents, don’t worry – we can arrange them on your behalf for an additional cost. Once these are in place, we’ll take care of the rest, making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
